UTM is being set up with the main goal of being about to let every indivisual own BIG NAMES and trends at affordable. As a teenager it has always been a dream to be able to make a fashion statment but at affordable prices. With UTM it's finally here.
Here are some FAQs.
Q: What is no. of caps?
A: Number of caps refers to the minimum number of ordered items required for me to send out to my agents in order to cut down on international shipping charges.
Q: Are the size chart accurate?
A: Size charts are given by the agents but measurements might slightly shrink due to washing.
Q: Are labels intact?
A: Yes all labels are being intact unless otherwise stated.
Q: Why is are some items so much cheaper compared to retail price?
A: Some items are being source directly from factory outlets such as HK, Taiwan etc. Items from factory outlets are most probably mass produced or with small minor rejects(which i avoid) being sold at cut down prices in order to clear stock.
Q: I need my orders urgently. Is it possible get my orders in advance instead of waiting for it to cap?
A: Caps are being set up in order to reach a certain amount in order to save on shipping cost but if advance orders are required there will be an additional $8+ charge(According to weight. Items will reach within 2-3 weeks only instead.
